| Asber has two plating lines, one is automatic line and the other is semi-automatic line. Regarding the wire, we have chrome plating, nickel plating, zinc plating, satin chrome plating and electronic polish for the stainless steel. Certainly we also have lacquer plating to satisfy customer's requirement. |

| Behind the plating workshop,we have the waste water treatment center, government liscensed and certificate for plating process. |
| Powder Coating Facility |
This workshop is newly set up here, but Asber already has 8 years of experience for powder coating.We moved the production line here by June 2004 and all the facilities are brand new.
The lenght of our automatic powder coating line is 306.6M and we have workers for spraying powders to avoid uneven powder spray on touch-ups or certain spots. |
